I do not know who this is and when I answer no one talks. They call every day 6 times a day at least.

I don't know why they are calling me. They don't leave a message. I have a brand new # - how did they get it? Caller ID says "Eatons Comm &..." When I call back it's busy or they hang up on me. Apparently it's a Telus land line from Vancouver.

Follow-up to my 26 Feb posting. Turned out to be legit. Not sure why they sounded so hick-y and unprofessional, but I called UPS (from number I got from their website, not the # provided by caller), and gave invoice #. It was for import taxes/duty on a shipment I got from Spain a few months ago (normally pay these fees with delivery, so I doubted its authenticity). Maybe UPS is using some kind of collection service to make these calls for them (the UPS person had no info on this), which is why the original caller sounded so unprofessional. Anyway, my mistake!/I apologized to the UPS person.

Second time this number called me and I missed the call. No message left. I'm concerned because when I "googled" the number, I found all these scam warnings.

I work in the telecom industry and this appears to be an operator service company that provides service to hotels, hospitals, prisons and payphones. The reason it shows up as a dallas number is that is where the operator center resides but calls could come from any where in the states. I had a couple calls from my cousin that I did not accept but my guess it was from a jail or prison.

they keep calling day and night all hours... it needs to stop. I answered once and no one was on the line. never leaves a message

They called me and idk who they are or how they got my number I text them asking who they are and they don't reply
